Reliability-Centered Maintenance
ASI provides expert, flexible, cost effective support for implementing RCM based
maintenance programs in a variety of industries. The ASI Team has extensive experience
performing and implementing RCM analysis on a wide variety of systems for military, government,
and commercial customers. Our experience includes RCM analysis on weapon systems, facilities,

For new RCM applications, when a choice is available, we recommend the RCM process provided in
NAVAIR 00-25-403, Guidelines for the Naval Aviation Reliability Centered Maintenance Process.
We promote this process because it is completely public domain; there are no licenses, fees, or
restrictions and may be adapted as necessary for unique situations. The process has been continuously
updated with experience gained from years of use and it is complemented by state-of-the-art tools
and training, all of which are non-proprietary. This process has been used successfully implemented
in a variety of industries including power plants, manufacturing, data centers, aviation, and others.
This process is compliant with the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Standard JA-1011,
Evaluation Criteria for RCM Processes.
ASI can also provide support the NAVSEA RCM processes as defined in MIL-P-24534 with Level I and Level II
certified analysts. We also have experience with a number of other RCM processes and software tools such as RCMCostTM.
