Management Consulting and Training

ASI offers a wide range of on-site management consulting opportunities for corporate development ranging from program and project management to product life cycle planning and development. In addition, training in leadership, management and program and project management is conducted on site by our experienced instructors. Some examples of this training include:

Effective Leadership (2 days): Intended for senior management, this interactive course provides the individual with time proven techniques required for self-leadership and personal growth followed by an in depth review of the techniques for effectively leading others.

Supervisory Skills (2 days): Intended for first and second tier management, this interactive course stresses effective team building and project management in the workplace. As with the leadership course, individual management development and self assessment is addressed initially, followed by group exercises and discussion on supervisory skills required for optimum performance

Program and Project Management: Tailored to the need and scope of the corporate requirement, this course provides the understanding and techniques required for successful program and project implementation. It encompasses not only the time-proven tasks required for the successful program or project but also the skills required for the effective management of these projects.
