BAE (N66604-02-C-1920, N61331-01-D-0013, N00406-99-D-5130) conducted R&D efforts to reduce vibration and airborne noise from all AN/BLQ-11 Mine Reconnaissance System vehicle system and subsystem sources. Provided Navy Open Architecture (OA) concept formulation and system development to NSWC Dahlgren T-30. Completed requirements analysis, R&D for Fleet Operational Readiness Accuracy Check Site (FORACS) hardware and software to acquire sensor data in real-time. AMSEC (EMA) (N00421-04-D-0072) Developed requirements for open architecture for future ship systems, Operational Requirements Document (ORD) for DD(X), and requirements engineering and analysis for Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense. LTM (N00421-01-D-0101) developed and recommended systems acquisition management documentation, investigated, identified, and prepared Operational, Safety and Improvement Programs (OSIPs) documentation. Evaluated system safety plans, tracks action items, and coordinates resolution.
