Annual National Veteran Small Business Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, NV. This year the conference will begin with a Welcome Reception on
the evening of Monday, July 20, 2009 and will end on the afternoon of Thursday, July 23, 2009. Registration, participant check-in, and pre-conferences will
be open on Monday, July 20, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and will begin again on Tuesday, July 21, 2009, at 7:00 a.m.

ASI Jacksonville Expands to New Location
To accommodate the company’s explosive growth, the Jacksonville office of Andromeda Systems Inc.
(ASI) has moved operations to the top floor of Plaza III at Wells Lake in Orange Park, Florida.
The new, 10,000 square-foot facility includes a high-tech training and conference center, multiple
meeting spaces and additional offices for future expansion.
Company growth is evidenced in a growing employee base and skyrocketing revenues. With only four
employees in 2006 operating in 3,00 square-feet, the ASI team has grown to over 40 engineering,
maintenance, logistics and information technology professionals and support personnel. According
to company officials, this year’s annual revenues are expected to top last years by over 320%.
As a primary service provider to the U.S. Department of Defense and certified as a service-disabled
veteran-owned small business, ASI has been awarded multiple technology development contracts since
2006. Most recently, the company was awarded a sole-source SDVOSB contract to provide software
development services to NAVIAR (Naval Air Systems Command) for its Event Based Maintenance program.
With an eye toward innovation, ASI is seeking to apply its military solutions to other market segments.
In cooperation with its industry partners, ASI is
leading the integration phase to commercialize technology previously developed for the military.

ASI will be hosting a booth at the 2008 DOD Maintenance Symposium & Exhibition (Oct 27-30, 2008).
Andromeda Systems Inc. will be hosting booth 306 at the 2008 DOD Maintenance
Symposium & Exhibition in Denver, CO. The symposium will explore Defense maintenance,
logistics, and materiel readiness transformation. Following 2007's record-breaking
attendance and sold-out exhibit, this year's Symposium will feature topics including:

- Process improvements across the DoD weapon systems value chain

ASI awarded NAVAIR sole source SDVOSB contract N00421-08-C-0035 to provide software development services for EBM.
The Naval Air Warfare Center AD today announced that Andromeda Systems Inc.
has won contract N00421-08-C-0035. ASI will provide software development services
for the Event Based Maintenance (EBM) program. The SDVOSB sole-source contract
has a ceiling of $1,970,400.

ASI awarded NAVSEA ID/IQ contract N40025-07-R-0022 to provide management support services.
The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) today announced that Andromeda Systems Inc. has won
contract N40025-07-R-0022. ASI will provide services to include metric support, assistance with policy
development, Procurement Performance Management
Assessment Program (PPMAP) initiatives, creating and maintenance
of departmental web pages, budgeting and workload planning, and miscellaneous clerical and administrative duties.
The ID/IQ contract has a ceiling of $2,594,636.

DPTS Team, which includes ASI, was awarded a $150 million contract at Langley AFB, VA.
The DPTS team consisting of Andromeda Systems, Inc. (ASI), Intelligent Decision Systems, Inc. (IDSI),
Lockheed Martin IT, Inc. (LMIT), Logistics Management Institute (LMI), LTM, Inc. (LTM), MacAulay-Brown,
Inc. (MacB), and ManTech Command Control Systems Corporation (ManTech C2) has been awarded contract
CAAS III contract number FA4890-07-D-0004 out of Langley AFB, Virginia. The U.S. Air Force CAAS III
(Contract Advisory & Assistance Service III) program is designed to provide broad technical and analytical
services to support and improve policy development, management and administration and operation of
systems for the Air Force’s primary force provider of combat airpower for America’s war fighting
commands, Headquarters ACC (HQ ACC). HQ ACC, ACC bases and ACC geographically separated units will
use CAAS III to purchase technical expertise in Management and Professional Services, Studies,
Analyses and Evaluations; and Engineering and Technical Services.

Today ASI announced the opening of their new office in Orange Park, FL.
Today ASI announced the opening of their new office at 2233 Park Avenue, Suite 203, Orange Park, FL. This new office will
service ASI's customer base in the Southeastern United States. ASI moved to this new location to accomodate their rapidly
expanding business and to better service their Navy customers at NAS Jacksonville. ASI would like to welcome all of their
existing and potential customers to visit them in their new office.

ASI awarded NAVAIR contract to develop web-based IRCMS software
The Naval Air Systems Command's Jacksonville Naval Aviation Depot announced today that Andromeda Systems Inc has been
awarded contract N00421-06-P-0852 for information technology services. ASI has been tasked to developed a web-based version
of the Integrated Reliability Centered Maintenance System (IRCMS) software program. IRCMS is used to perform
Reliability Centered Maintenance analysis within NAVAIR and in a variety of other industries.

Today the team of LTM, ASI and BAE was awarded a SeaPort Task Order for supporting the Undergraduate Flight Training System Logistics / Maintenance Program (PMA-273).
PMA-273 is responsible for comprehensive Acquisition Logistics Support (ALS) planning and execution for the United States Navy Undergraduate Flight
Training Systems consisting of the T-6, TC-12, T-34, T-44 and T45 Training System (T45TS). The work will consist of supporting the Assistant and Deputy Program
Managers for Logistics by providing expert analysis of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) issues, operational problems, and
maintenance plans/concepts for NAWC Patuxent River, NADEP Cherry Point and Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Andromeda Systems Inc (ASI) has been awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with the U.S. Navy Virtual SYSCOMs.
The U.S. Navy has awarded Andromeda Systems Inc. an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity
multiple award contract that will provide for their
competition for service requirements solicited by Naval Sea Systems Command,
Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval
Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering
Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the Marine Corps. The 22 functional
service areas within the scope of the contracts include:
- Research and development support.
- System engineering and process engineering support.
- Modeling, Simulation, Stimulation, and Analysis Support.
- Prototyping, pre-production, model-making, and fabric support.
- System design documentation and technical data support.
- Software engineering, development, programming, and network support.
- Reliability, maintainability, and availability support.
- Human factors, performance, and usability engineering support.
- System safety engineering support.
- Configuration management support.
- Quality assurance support.
- Information system development, information assurance, and information technology support.
- Ship inactivation and disposal support.
- Interoperability, test and evaluation, trials support.

The government estimates a maximum of $5,300,000,000 of services will be procured per year
via orders issued under the SeaPort-e multiple award contracts. The awards
have a three-year base period with one five-year award term and one additional
two-year award term. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division,
Dahlgren, Va. is the contracting activity (N00178-06-D-4669-N00178-06-D-4919).

Today the team of Andromeda Systems Inc (ASI) and LTM Inc. were awarded SeaPort Task
Order for the provision of T45 Trainer Aircraft Fleet Support Team (FST)
Engineering and Logistics Support under Solicitation No. N00024-06-R-3168-2.
The task order involves providing engineering, logistics and information technology
services to the Navy's T45 Trainer Aircraft Fleet Support Team in Jacksonville Florida.

Andromeda Systems Inc (ASI), a service disabled veteran owned small business, today
announced it has acquired Coding Technology Solutions Inc., a provider of information
technology services.
The transaction will enhance ASI's service offering to it customers to include a
full offering of information technology services.
